Philips Health Care Services

Philips Health Care Services is located at number 124 in the SBI Colony area of Gandhinagar. It is a relatively quiet street, mostly houses and a few small offices like ours. We have been working from this spot for a while now. The office is not very large, just enough room for our desks and the filing cabinets where we keep all our records. We are not the big healthcare company that everyone sees on television. We are just a local service group that helps people navigate their healthcare needs. Most of our staff lives nearby, so we know the Gandhinagar area very well. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to patients and doctors to make sure everyone is on the same page. There is no corporate lobby or fancy coffee machine here. We just have a small kitchen where we make tea. The work can be a bit repetitive with all the paperwork, but we know it matters to the folks who use our services. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing cricket on the street outside, and it feels more like a home than a workplace. We do not do much in the way of marketing. Most people find out about us through their insurance or by asking around the neighborhood. We just try to do our jobs properly and keep things organized.
