Nova Powertech Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No 31B in the Phase I area of IDA Cherlapally, which falls under the Kapra Industrial Municipality. It’s a busy industrial corner of the world, and we fit right in with our neighbors. Our work is centered around power technology, so our space is filled with electrical components, control panels, and various testing rigs. It’s a bit more technical than a standard machine shop, but it’s still very much a hands-on environment. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy industrial unit that keeps the rain off our equipment. We have been here long enough to see the Kapra area grow and become more crowded. Most of our days are spent checking circuits or assembling power units for different projects. The staff is a mix of technicians who actually know their way around a circuit board. We don't spend much money on decoration; we’d rather have better tools. The street outside can get pretty clogged with lorries, so we’ve learned to time our movements carefully. It’s a straightforward operation where we focus on the technical details of power systems. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just show up to the plot, get the technical work done, and make sure everything is safe and functional before it leaves the workshop.
