Per Sft Llp

We are located at Aditya Homes in Aditya Nagar. Our office, Per Sft Llp, is in Flat 504 on the fifth floor. We have been working out of this part of Hyderabad, specifically the 500003 area, for some time. The name of the company is basically what we think about all day, just the size and price of land. It is a quiet enough spot to get our work done. We handle local real estate and we spend a lot of our time looking at maps or checking on building progress. It is just a small team of us here. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements. Most of our day is spent talking to people on the phone or meeting them at the sites they want to see. Hyderabad is growing so fast that it's hard to keep up sometimes, but we do our best to stay on top of things in this neighborhood. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. We just want to help people get through the buying or selling process without it being a total mess. It’s practical work and we take it one day at a time. If you’re in Aditya Nagar, you’ve probably passed by our building once or twice already. It's just a regular place where regular work happens every single day.
