Parijatham Clinic

Being up on Level 2 means we see a lot of what’s happening on the Old Mumbai Highway. Parijatham Clinic is right here in Shaikpet, and the road outside is always packed with cars and bikes. Since we’re on the second floor, it’s a bit quieter than being right on the street level, but you can still hear the honking all day long. We get a lot of locals from around Shaikpet coming in for various things. It’s just a standard clinic setup. We have the waiting chairs, the doctor’s room, and the little desk for the records. It gets busy in the evenings when people are heading home from work. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much for the older folks, so they take their time getting up here. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years with all the new buildings going up along the highway. Most of the time it’s just the usual coughs, colds, or blood pressure checks. We don’t have any fancy signs or anything. Just the name on the door and our usual staff. It’s a bit of a small space, but we make it work for the patients who stop by. We keep the windows shut most of the time to block out the dust from the highway. It’s a practical place for the neighborhood. Not much else to say about it, it's just our daily workplace.
