Musaddilal Projects Ltd.

Our office for Musaddilal Projects Ltd. is over at Elite Plaza on the 1st floor. It’s right there in Panjagutta, which is a busy part of Hyderabad to be in. We spend a lot of our time looking over project plans and talking to people about construction and development. The office has that specific smell of paper and old coffee that you find in places where people actually work. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years now. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but being on the first floor isn't too bad. We deal with a lot of different people, from contractors to folks just looking for information. The furniture is a bit older, and the desks are usually covered in blueprints or site reports. We don’t really go in for the polished corporate look because that’s not who we are. We are just a group of people trying to get projects finished on time. Panjagutta can be a real headache with the traffic, especially in the evenings, but it’s a central spot for everyone to meet. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work. It’s a regular office, nothing more and nothing less. We just focus on the drawings and the numbers until the day is over.
