You will find us over at D-13, Phase-5 in the I.D.A. Jeedimetla area. Panchal Perforators & Wire Mesh Inds. is basically a big workshop filled with machines for cutting and weaving wire. It is a noisy place to be when the hammers are going, but everyone is used to it. We have been in Jeedimetla for quite a while now and have seen the industrial area change around us. A fancy showroom or a bunch of salespeople in polished shoes is not part of the business. We are the ones on the floor, setting the machines and checking the mesh sizes ourselves. It is physical work and the days can be quite long. Time is not spent writing mission statements or planning out five-year goals. Instead, we look at what orders need to go out this week and make sure the machines stay running. Sometimes a wire snaps or a punch gets dull, and everything has to stop so it can be fixed. That is just part of the routine. We are a small crew, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything during the shift. Lunch is taken together, talking about the news or the local cricket scores. It is a simple, honest way to work. Focusing on the metal and the machines while making sure the job gets finished properly is what we do every day.
