We are located in the Ahuja Estate, inside the Upasana building on Abid Road. Our office is C-102 on the first floor. Abids is such a landmark area in Hyderabad, and being on the main road means we see a lot of people passing by every single day. The building itself, Upasana, is a familiar spot for many who work around here. We handle travel bookings of all kinds, mostly just helping people figure out where they need to go and how to get there without spending too much. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and checking various websites to see what’s available. The office is a modest size, enough for a few desks and a place for people to sit while we look up their flight details. We don't really have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized among all the files and folders. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking system goes down, and we just have to wait it out and try again. That’s just part of the job. We've been in this spot for a while and have gotten to know the other shop owners in the estate. It’s a community of sorts. We just keep doing our thing, helping with tickets and travel plans, and making sure that the paperwork is all in order before the end of the day.
