We’ve been here in Orient Estate for quite some time now, just up on the first floor in shops 5 and 6. If you know Abids, you know how the main road gets, especially right here across from Hollywood Footwear. It’s always noisy and busy outside. Inside the office, things are usually a bit quieter, just the sound of the fans and someone on the phone trying to figure out a flight connection or sorting out some passport copies. We handle a lot of the usual travel stuff people need when they’re planning to go somewhere else for work or to see family. Most days it’s just us sitting at the desks, looking through schedules and making sure the paperwork for the visas is actually right before we send it off. People stop by after they’ve been shopping nearby, asking about ticket prices or just seeing what’s available for next month. We don't have anything fancy here, just some chairs for people to wait and our computers. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs if the lift is being slow, which happens sometimes in these older buildings. Abids is a central spot so it makes sense for us to stay here despite the parking being a headache. We just keep doing the work, day in and day out, helping folks get their trips sorted without too much fuss. It’s a job like any other, really. We just take it one day at a time here.
