Pan Infotech has been based in the Chenoy Trade Centre for a long time now. We are at Shop No 10 on the ground floor. If you know Parklane, you probably know the trade centre, it’s a hub for all things tech. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just duck in quickly. We handle a lot of computer parts and IT services. It’s usually quite busy around here with people looking for specific cables or hardware upgrades. The shop is packed with boxes and gear, sometimes it feels like we are running out of shelf space. We don’t do any big marketing. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know we’ll give them a straight answer about whether something can be fixed or if it’s time to buy new. It’s a small shop, and we like it that way. You get to know people when you’re fixing their laptops or helping them pick out a motherboard. The atmosphere in Chenoy Trade Centre is always buzzing, and we’re right in the middle of it. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building is a bit moody, but we survive. We just try to keep up with all the new gadgets coming out, though it feels like there is something new every week. If you’re around Parklane, stop by and say hello.
