It’s a pretty active area with lots of people moving in and out. We focus on properties around this part of Hyderabad. The office is just a regular flat where we keep our files and meet people. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the Kukatpally real estate market. Most of our day involves answering questions about local rentals or sales. We’ve seen the road outside change a lot since we started. Lakshmi Kalyana Apartments is a well-known landmark, so people don't usually have trouble finding us. Our Place Properties Llp doesn't go in for big advertisements or flashy slogans. We just talk to the people who walk in or call us.
