Orchid Constructions Pvt Ltd is located at 101/A in the New Saidabad Colony. We are in the 59 area, and it’s a fairly residential part of the neighborhood. Being in a colony means we are close to the people we often build for. Our office is basically a hub for all the construction projects we have going on. You’ll usually see a lot of people coming and going, from site supervisors to suppliers wanting to get paid. It can get a bit loud and chaotic, but that’s just the nature of the construction business. We don't have a fancy showroom; we usually just show people photos of our work or take them to an actual site if they want to see what we do. The office is full of rolls of building plans and samples of tiles or paint. We spend a lot of time arguing over schedules and trying to make sure the materials arrive on time, which they rarely do. It’s a lot of stress, but we’ve been doing this for a long time now. We aren't some big firm with a massive marketing budget, we just rely on the fact that we've been around the colony for a while. Everyone here knows someone who worked with us at some point. We just try to do a decent job and move on to the next house or building on the list. We keep the kettle going for anyone who drops by for a chat.
