Optival Health Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

We are located on the 3rd floor of the C-Block in Gsr Estate. It is right opposite the IDPL Railway Sliding in Balanagar, which is a pretty industrial part of the city. Being at Optival Health Solutions Pvt. Ltd. means we are usually busy with the backend of health services. You can see the trains moving on the sliding from the windows sometimes. Balanagar is always dusty and loud, but our office stays focused on the work at hand. It is a lot of coordination and making sure things are moving where they need to go in the health sector. We don't have a storefront or anything for the public to just walk into. It is mostly desks, computers, and people talking on phones about supplies or logistics. The 3rd floor gives us a little bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at paperwork. Getting to Gsr Estate can be a bit of a challenge when the traffic picks up near the railway, but we are used to it by now. It is a standard office environment where the coffee is usually cold by the time you drink it. We just keep things running as best as we can from this block. It is a practical operation, making sure the health solutions we handle actually get processed without errors. Just a regular day in a busy Balanagar office.
