Onyx Components & Systems is located right across from Telephone Bhavan in Saifabad. We occupy the first and second floors at 6-1-85/4. It’s a central spot in Hyderabad, so it’s convenient for people to drop by, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a struggle. We’ve been here for a good number of years now, dealing with different types of components and systems. The office is usually full of boxes and technical manuals. It’s not a fancy corporate space with expensive furniture. We prefer to spend our money on the inventory and making sure we have what people need. There’s a handful of us working here, and we’ve all been in this field for a long time. We know the ins and outs of the parts we sell. Sometimes we have to spend hours on the phone with suppliers to track down something specific, but that’s part of the daily grind. We aren't into big advertising campaigns or anything like that. We just do our work and hope that people appreciate the effort we put in. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed, even when we’re busy. We usually have some tea and chat with the customers while we’re getting their orders ready. It’s a local business run by local people who just happen to know a lot about electronics and systems.
