Ohapra Llp is run from Flat No A 306 in the Pranit Happy Homes building. It’s part of a project called The Nest in Srinivasa Colony. This is over in the Kukatpally area, which everyone knows is one of the busiest parts of Hyderabad. Being near Subhodaya Colony makes it easy for us to get around. We work on various property and business matters from this apartment office. It is a bit more relaxed than a big office building in a tech park. We like the feel of Srinivasa Colony because it has a lot of trees and is slightly away from the main Kukatpally traffic. Our team spends the day talking to clients and looking at different housing options. We don't really have a corporate vibe here. It’s more like a group of people working together to get things sorted. Sometimes we are at the desk all day, and other times we are out walking through the colony. The Nest is a nice place to work from. We’ve had a lot of people stop by just because they live nearby and saw our name. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about us. We just try to be helpful when someone has a question about a flat or a piece of land. It’s a simple way to run a business and it works for us. We just stay focused on the daily work and keep it moving.
