Ochre Media

Ochre Media sits right near the Ganesh Temple in Vanasthalipuram. The address is H.No. B470 Phase-II, and it’s a fairly easy place to find if you know the area. Hyderabad is getting bigger every day, but this part of town still feels like a community. Our office isn’t anything special to look at. It's just a regular building in a residential street. Most days, you can hear the bells from the temple if the windows are open. We spend a lot of time at our desks. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we keep the fans running at full speed. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around just to make space for new equipment. It's a bit of a squeeze. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. If someone comes by, they usually just walk in and find us working. We’ve got a lot of cables running across the floor, which we really should tape down one of these days. There’s always someone making tea in the back. We just try to stay on top of the projects we have. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our daily routine here in Hyderabad-500070. We’ve been here long enough that we know which days the water tanker comes and where to park so you don't get blocked in. It is just a workspace where we get things done without making a fuss about it for no reason.
