Our place is located at Plot No 44 in the CIE Gandhi Nagar section of Balanagar. It’s a real industrial area, so there’s always something going on nearby, whether it’s a truck unloading or someone fixing a machine down the street. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while, and it suits what we do just fine. Inside, it’s mostly workspace. We focus on pharmacoat work, which means we have to stay pretty focused on the details. It isn't always clean and tidy, especially when we are in the middle of a big batch, but that is how a real workshop looks. The office part is small, just enough for a desk and some files. We don’t really have many visitors, so we haven’t felt the need to make it look like a showroom. Most of the people who work here live around Balanagar or commute from just a few miles away. We talk about the local cricket scores or the price of groceries during our breaks. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. Sometimes the machinery gets loud, but that’s just the sound of things getting done. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a PR person. If you need to find us, you just come to Gandhi Nagar and look for the plot number. We try to keep our heads down and stay busy. It’s practical work for practical people, and we are okay with that.
