We are situated on the 2nd floor of the building at Plot No.22 and 23 in the Aleap Industrial Estate. This is over in Pragathi Nagar, which falls under the Medical Malkajgiri district. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a different view than the units on the ground, though mostly we are just looking at other rooftops in the estate. Pragathi Nagar is a really active area these days. The Aleap Industrial Estate has a lot of different businesses all packed in together. We have been working out of this lab space for a while now. It’s not a huge place, but we have organized it to make the most of the square footage we have. There are no marble floors or fancy coffee machines in our break room. We mostly just drink tea and talk about the day's tasks. The walk up the stairs keeps us moving, and the lab itself is where we spend almost all of our time. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is on the work, not on looking corporate. We don't really have a marketing team to tell our story, so it’s just the reality of life in an industrial estate. We deal with the usual issues like traffic in Malkajgiri and the heat in the summer, but we just get on with it. It’s a solid place to work with good people.
