O x 20 design studios

We’re located in Flat No. 302 at Rama Residency, right in Phase VI of Kphb Colony. It’s not far from the Malaysian Township Circle, which is always busy. Our studio is tucked away on the third floor. Sometimes the elevator is a bit finicky, so we just take the stairs. It’s a small space, mostly filled with drawing boards, half-drunk cups of tea, and a lot of paper. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who like to sit down and figure out design problems. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find us hunched over our desks. We’ve been here for a few years now and have seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit. Traffic around the circle can be a real headache in the evenings, but we like the energy of the place. We don't do the whole corporate pitch thing because it feels fake. People come to us with an idea for their house or office, and we just try to make it work on paper first. We spend a lot of time measuring things and re-drawing when things don't look right. It’s a lot of trial and error. We appreciate when clients are direct with us about what they like and don't like. It makes the whole process a lot smoother for everyone involved. Just a regular bunch of people doing our thing.
