Sai Sharan Computers

Our shop is tucked away in North Kamala Nagar, specifically at Ramana Priya on Plot No 74. It is not a very large place, but we managed to fit a lot of workbenches and shelves inside. You will usually see a bunch of monitors and open computer towers scattered around the room. We spend a lot of time looking at motherboards and trying to figure out why a machine won't start up or why the screen is flickering. Being near ECIL means we get a mix of students and people who work in the nearby offices bringing in their laptops. The air conditioning is usually running because the computers put out so much heat, though sometimes it struggles to keep up. We have cables tangled in bins and spare parts stored in every available corner. It gets a bit messy when we have five or six repairs going at once. Sometimes a part we need isn't in stock, so we have to wait a few days, which can be frustrating for everyone. We try to explain things in plain English to people who aren't tech-savvy, though sometimes we get caught up in the details. It is a quiet street mostly, but the shop stays busy with people dropping off their machines before work or picking them up in the evening. We keep a pot of coffee going and just work through the tickets one by one until the day is over.
