N.K.Leasing & Constructions Ltd

Our office is located in Hyderabad, specifically in the Baghlingampally area. We are in Flat 401 at Tara Jagannath Heights. It is a decent building, and being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the neighborhood. We handle a mix of leasing and construction stuff here. Most days involve a lot of phone calls about property or looking over site plans for the building projects. The office stays pretty busy, especially in the mornings. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us making sure everything is handled properly. We have a lot of folders and stacks of documents because that’s just the nature of leasing. The area around 3-4-753/1 is quite active, so there is always something going on outside. We've been here for a good amount of time and know the local market pretty well. We don't use any fancy software or big slogans. We just talk to people and try to figure out what works for their situation. Sometimes we are out visiting sites, and other times we are just here at the desks. It’s a normal office with a lot of work to do. We just focus on getting through the day's tasks and making sure the projects are moving along as they should be.
