Nipuna Architects

We set up Nipuna Architects in the Firdous Kaveri Court Apartments over in Mettuguda. We’re right by the ABV Canada Bank, so it’s easy to find us if you’re in the area. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and a lot of blueprints lying around. We spend our time working through the details of various building projects. Some are small renovations and others are bigger houses. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing with slides and suits. We just tell people what we can do and how long it might take. Mettuguda is a busy part of Hyderabad, and we like being right in the middle of it. The noise from the street is always there, but it keeps us energized. We focus on getting the drawings right so the contractors don't have a hard time when they start digging. It’s a lot of sitting and staring at screens or paper, but someone has to do it. We’ve worked with plenty of local folks who just want a decent place to live or work. We don’t try to overcomplicate the designs. Simple is usually better anyway. If you need someone to look at a plan or help with some layout issues, we’re usually here from morning until late evening. It’s just us, doing the work we know how to do without any extra fluff or big promises we can't keep.
