We are located on the 1st Floor of the Sai Ram Complex. That’s right at Telangana Chourastha in B N Reddy Nagar. Most people find us by looking for Bd Reddy Gardens since we are quite close to that. Nilaya Architects Structural Consultants AND Constructions is a long name, but we are just a normal group of people working together. We do a bit of everything, from the initial drawings to the actual construction parts. Our office is usually filled with rolls of paper and samples of materials like bricks or tiles. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working office where things actually get built. We’ve been around this part of Hyderabad for a while and have seen B N Reddy Nagar grow quite a bit. It’s a busy area and we like being in the middle of it. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most people just hear about us from someone else or see our sign when they're at the chourastha. Our meetings are usually pretty straightforward. We sit down, look at the site details, and figure out the best way to move forward. We don't have a lot of corporate rules. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to be as helpful as we can to the people who hire us. It’s a lot of hard work, but we enjoy seeing things get built from the ground up. It feels good to see a plan finally become a real building.
