Niki Event Management

We’ve been here in Panjagutta for a while now. It gets busy on this side of Hyderabad, especially during the wedding season. Niki Event Management is just a small group of us trying to make things work for people who need help with their functions. We spend a lot of time on the phone or running around getting supplies from the market. Panjagutta is a central spot, so people find us easily enough, though parking is always a headache around here. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a practical space where we keep our files and meet clients to talk about what they need. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the event sketches and notes lying around. We handle all sorts of gatherings, from small birthdays to bigger parties. Usually, it's just about making sure the chairs arrive on time and the lights don't go out. We know the local vendors around here pretty well, which helps when things go wrong at the last minute. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but we’re used to it. Most days we are just busy coordinating with decorators or checking if the sound system is working right. It’s not always perfect, but we try to keep things moving. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but our little spot stays the same. People come in, tell us their budget, and we see what we can do for them.
