Nice Designers & Nice Constructions

We set up Nice Designers & Nice Constructions over in Madhapur at the Sri Vaishnavi Double Ten building. We are up on the fourth floor. It’s quite a spot because we are right opposite Cyber Towers. If you are ever at the Mehfil Hotel, we are basically right behind it. It’s a very active area of Hyderabad, always something going on. Being in the middle of the IT hub means there is a lot of energy around us. We handle both the design side and the actual construction work from this office. It can get pretty hectic balancing both, but that is just how the business goes. Our office isn't anything too flashy, just a place where we keep our files and meet people. We chose this location because everyone knows Cyber Towers, so nobody gets lost trying to find us. The view from the fourth floor gives us a good look at the city’s growth. We spend a lot of time on sites, but this is our main base. Dealing with construction in a fast-growing place like this keeps us on our toes. We don't spend much on marketing; we mostly rely on people seeing our work or hearing about us. It’s a straightforward operation here. We just want to do a decent job and stay busy with the projects we have. There’s always more work to be done around here, so we stay pretty focused.
