Our place is over on Road No. 16 in the Nacharam industrial area. It’s Plot No. 4/2 if you’re looking for it on a map. Hyderabad traffic can be a real headache, so getting here in the morning takes much longer than it should. We deal with power systems and electrical stuff mostly. The workshop is usually full of wires, components, and heavy parts sitting on the benches. It’s not the tidiest place, but we know where everything is kept. We’ve got a few technicians who have been here since we opened the doors, and we all just kind of get on with the work. The office area is just a small room partitioned off from the main floor so we can hear ourselves think when the phone rings. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, which is ironic given what we do, but we just wait it out or use a generator. Most people find us because someone told them we were here. We don't do much in the way of fancy displays or advertisements. The tea stall down the road is where most of us head around four o'clock for a break. It’s a practical setup, nothing too special to look at from the street. You just see the big metal shutter and the nameplate. We’ve had the same delivery guy for years. He knows exactly where to drop things without asking. It’s just how we run things every day.
