Neocare Naturals Limited

Over in Nacharam, specifically in Savarkar Nagar, the pace is a little different than the center of Hyderabad. We are at 6-4/1/1, and it’s where we put together our natural products. Neocare Naturals Limited is something we’ve put a lot of time into. The office isn’t huge, and sometimes it smells like herbs or whatever ingredients we are working with that day. We like it that way. It’s a very grounded kind of work. We spend a lot of time talking about different plants and how to use them properly. Most of us here live nearby, so we don’t have to deal with the heavy city traffic every day, which is a big plus. We aren't some huge corporation with millions of employees; we’re just a group of people who care about making something that isn't full of harsh chemicals. Sometimes we have debates about which recipe is better, and it can get a bit loud, but it’s all in good spirits. The building we’re in is pretty basic, but it serves our needs. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just calendars and maybe a few photos from our staff outings. It feels like a real community here. We just want to keep making things the way we like them and hope that’s enough. It’s a quiet but busy life here in Nacharam. We’re just regular folks doing this.
