Neelanshi Real Estate Private Limited

Madhapur is the place to be, but we are tucked away at Plot 909 in Sri Ayyappa Society. It's a bit quieter than the main IT corridor which is nice for us. We’ve been running Neelanshi Real Estate Private Limited out of this office for some time. It’s a decent sized space and we have a few desks set up. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. People in Hyderabad are always looking for new places, and since we are right here in the 500081 area, we see a lot of that activity firsthand. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know the local streets and who owns what. It takes a lot of walking around and talking to neighbors. Sri Ayyappa Society has grown a lot lately. There are new buildings popping up everywhere you look. We try to keep track of it all so we can give honest answers when someone asks. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs and a water cooler. We spend most of our time on the phone or out at site visits. It’s a lot of legwork, really. That’s just the way the real estate business goes in this part of town. We stay busy and we like the neighborhood. It feels like home to us now after all these years of working on these same streets.
