Navaratna Event Managers is located over in the Hyderguda-Basheer Bagh area of Hyderabad. This part of the city is always moving. There are offices everywhere and the roads are always full of cars and bikes. We’ve set ourselves up here because it’s central. It makes it easier for us to get to different parts of the city when we have an event to manage. Our office is a straightforward space. It’s where we do all the planning and phone calls. We don’t go in for big decorations in our own workspace; we save that for the jobs we do. The staff here are mostly local folks who know Hyderabad inside out. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and talking to vendors. Basheer Bagh has a certain rhythm to it that we’ve grown to love over the years. We usually start the day early before the traffic gets too bad. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things get a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we manage. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just a group of people who know how to put an event together. You’ll find us drinking tea and going over checklists most afternoons. It’s practical, it’s busy, and it’s just how we operate every day in this part of town. There is no magic to it, just keeping everything on track for the clients.
