Natures Velvet

Our little shop is at No-103 in Liberty Plaza. Himayata Nagar is a pretty busy part of town, so there’s always people walking by outside. We’ve been in this building for a few years now. It’s a typical commercial plaza, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, we keep things as organized as we can. We handle Natures Velvet products here. It’s mostly us moving stock around and answering emails. The lighting isn't the best, but we've got a few lamps to help out. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who take turns being here. Sometimes it gets real quiet in the mornings, which is nice for catching up on paperwork. Then the afternoon rush starts and the phone won't stop ringing. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people on the phone. We just tell them what we have in stock. Our office is a bit cramped because we use most of the space for storage. You’ll see boxes stacked up almost to the ceiling in the back. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We try to stay on top of everything, but sometimes we get behind when a big delivery arrives. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just run our business from this corner of Liberty Plaza and hope for the best. It’s a decent place to work and the neighbors are friendly enough.
