Natco Pharma Ltd

Over in the Sanath Nagar Industrial Estate at B-13, you’ll find the Natco Research Centre. This is where Natco Pharma Ltd does a lot of the more technical work. It’s a different vibe here compared to the hills; it feels more like a place where things are actually being made and tested. The building is solid and functional, designed for work rather than looks. We have labs and testing areas where the staff spend most of their time in white coats. It’s not as quiet as you might think because there’s always some machine humming or someone moving equipment around. We have a small canteen where we all sit together at lunch, talking about normal things like the weather or the local cricket scores. The industrial estate is a bit grey and busy with trucks, but it’s a good spot for what we do. We have plenty of specialized tools and benches covered in glassware and instruments. It’s a bit cramped in some of the offices because we keep adding more files and equipment. We don’t really do anything for show. Everything here has a purpose. We just show up, do the research, and make sure the data is recorded correctly. It’s a lot of focus and a lot of routine, but it's what keeps the place running day after day. Most of us take the company bus to get home.
