Natco Pharma Limited

You can find us over at Natco House on Road No. 2 in Banjara Hills. This is where Natco Pharma Limited has its main setup. It’s a busy area of town, and there’s always something going on outside on the street. Inside the building, it’s a bit more controlled, though things can get pretty lively during the morning rush. We have a lot of different departments all under one roof here. People are always walking around with files or heading to the breakroom for a quick snack. We’ve got some desks that have been here since the building opened and some newer ones too. It’s a mix of different eras. We handle a lot of the administrative side of the pharma business from this location. There are plenty of filing cabinets and rows of computers where people are typing away all day. We try to keep the lobby tidy, but usually, there’s a stack of mail or a package waiting to be picked up. The windows give us a good view of the traffic, which is sometimes more interesting than the spreadsheets. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have our tasks for the day and we try to finish them before the sun goes down. It’s a steady place to work and most of us have been here for years. The parking lot out front is always a bit of a squeeze.
