Nasir & Associates

Our office, Nasir & Associates, is over in Basheer Bagh. We are in the Skyland Sterling Residency, Door No C105 specifically. Most people around here remember the old Skyland Theatre, and we are right near where that used to be. It’s a decent spot in Hyderabad, though the parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time. We’ve been set up in this building for some time now. It’s a mix of residential and office spaces, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those huge glass towers you see in Hitec City. We just go about our business every day. There isn't a lot of extra staff or anyone trying to sell you something. Just us working on whatever files come in. We handle the usual things you’d expect from an associates' office in this neighborhood. No one here is into big marketing talk or trying to sound like a giant global company. We just tell people where we are and what we do when they ask us directly. The neighborhood is full of history, especially with the old theatre being such a local landmark for so long. It’s a practical place to work from. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the weekly schedule. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes it gets pretty busy with people coming and going from the building all day.
