Nami Pharma

Nami Pharma is over in Hayathanagar, specifically in the Charaka Enclave area at Plot No. 3 and 4. The actual survey numbers are 219 and 220. It’s a part of Hyderabad that’s always growing, so there’s constant construction nearby. Our spot is a bit more settled though. We have a small crew here, and everyone knows everyone else’s business. The morning starts with opening the shutters and checking the inventory we have on hand. It’s not a high-tech looking office; it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of folders. We do a lot of our work on old computers that take a minute to start up. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just handle the pharma supplies and make sure they get to where they’re supposed to go. Lunch is usually a shared affair where people bring food from home. It’s a simple atmosphere without any corporate pressure. We just show up, do the tasks assigned for the day, and head home when the sun starts to set. It’s a good rhythm that has worked for us for a while now. We like being part of the Hayathanagar community.
