Nagarjuna Constructions Company Ltd. has a spot here in Rajeev Nagar. We are over at Flat-S2, Plot No-101, in the Surabhinest building. It is right opposite the Nagarjuna School, so it gets pretty lively when the kids are getting out of class. The office is basically just a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. G.Kushal Kumar and G.Sankara Rao are the names you’ll see on the paperwork. Inside, there are desks squeezed into the rooms and plenty of blueprints rolled up in the corners. It’s a bit cramped, but it works for what we do. Hyderabad-500045 is our home base. Every morning, we get in, turn on the fans, and start sorting through the day's tasks. There’s always a phone ringing or someone asking about a delivery. We don’t do anything flashy. We just focus on the construction side of things. Sometimes the stairs up to the flat feel a bit long after a day out at a site. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how the work is progressing. It’s a lot of back and forth. Being near the school makes it easy to give directions to people. Just look for the Surabhinest building in Rajeev Nagar. It is a straightforward place for a construction company. We have been here for a while and the routine stays pretty much the same. We just keep working through the lists and trying to keep the projects moving.
