Nagarjuna Constructions Company Limited

Our office is situated in Sri Sai Residency, which is Plot No 507 near the Navodaya High School. It’s on the Nallagandla Road in Lingampally, a part of Hyderabad that has seen so much change lately. Nagarjuna Constructions Company Limited occupies a spot here that is always humming with some kind of activity. Since the school is right there, we hear the bells ringing and the kids playing during our morning shifts. The road outside is always busy with people heading towards the IT hubs or coming back home. Inside, the office is pretty basic with a few computers and a lot of steel cupboards for our documents. We have a small water cooler in the corner that everyone gathers around when it gets really humid. The floors are made of simple tiles that we try to keep clean despite all the mud we track in from the sites. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or expensive art. It’s just an honest workspace where we track our progress and meet with the contractors. Sometimes the traffic on Nallagandla Road makes it hard to get out of the driveway, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay on top of the schedule without much fuss or unnecessary meetings. It works for us.
