Nagarjuna Construction Company

We are Nagarjuna Construction Company, and we operate out of Plot Number 25 in Secunderabad. It’s a fairly standard setup for a construction yard. We’ve got space for some of the larger equipment and a small building where we handle the books and the phone calls. Secunderabad has been our base for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the whole area transform over the last decade or so. The streets are a lot busier than they used to be, which makes moving heavy materials around a bit of a challenge sometimes. We don't have a polished front office with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up and answers questions. Our focus is really on the work itself—making sure the foundations are solid and the walls are straight. We’ve got a core group of workers who have been with us through thick and thin. It’s a tough job, working outside in all kinds of weather, but we’re used to it. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy websites. Most of our projects come from people just seeing our signs at a site or hearing about us from a neighbor who had work done. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We show up, we do the work, and we move on to the next one. It’s simple, honest, and it keeps us going. The plot is often messy with piles of gravel or wood, but we know where everything is.
