Our office is at Door No. 18-26-21 in Burma Colony, Pedagantyada. We’re right here in Visakhapatnam, pin code 44. Working at Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd from this location means we are close to a lot of the industrial action in the city. The Burma Colony area has its own vibe, and we’ve been part of it for a while. It’s a practical spot for us. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet up to discuss the week's goals. We’ve got a lot of paper moving across our desks every day. Between the heat and the humidity from the coast, we stay pretty busy trying to keep the projects on schedule. It’s not always a smooth process. Sometimes things break or the materials don't arrive when they should. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk because that doesn't help us solve problems on the site. We just talk to each other and figure it out. Most of the guys are out on the field during the day, so the office can be quiet for a few hours before everyone comes back with their reports. It’s a straightforward job. We just show up, do our work, and head home. That’s the way we’ve always done it here in Vizag. It's a busy life.
