We are located over at the NAC Campus in Kondapur, specifically at the Nicmar Cisc building. Being here puts Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd right in the middle of a very active part of Hyderabad. This office is always buzzing because there are so many people around who are learning the trade or working on big urban projects. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, but we’ve made ourselves at home here. The office is full of drawings, hard hats, and people rushing to meetings. We handle a lot of the technical side of things from this location. It’s not a place for sitting around; there’s always something that needs fixing or a schedule that needs updating. The staff here is a mix of people from all over, but we’ve all got the same goal of finishing the work on time. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. Some days are smoother than others, but that’s just how the industry is. You might see us grabbing lunch at one of the local spots nearby, usually still talking about the job. It’s a practical, hardworking atmosphere. We don’t have much time for polish or corporate branding. We’re just here to make sure the blueprints turn into real buildings without too much trouble. Most people here are engineers who really care about how the concrete is poured.
