You can find Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited over at 207 in the Iiird Block here in Hyderabad. It’s a decent enough spot, right where a lot of the action is. Our space is pretty basic. We have a few computers that are a bit slow and a lot of cabinets filled with old files from years ago. We’ve been operating out of this India office for a long time now. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the tech parts of town. It’s a real working office where the floors might need a sweep and the coffee is always a bit too strong. We spend our days looking at site reports and trying to figure out why the steel prices keep going up. The team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few younger folks learning the ropes. We don't talk much about goals or visions; we just talk about whether the truck arrived or if the rain is going to stop the pour. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of arguing over schedules, but that’s just how we work. Being in Hyderabad means there is always something being built nearby, and we’re just glad to be a part of it. If you come by, just look for the sign on the door in the block area. We are usually around from morning until late evening, usually dealing with some paperwork or another.
