Nagar Plans

Nagar Plans is based over in Banjara Hills, specifically at B2 Banjara Gardens on Road No 12. If you know where the Familia Hospital and Diagnostic Centre is, then you know exactly where we are located. It's a fairly easy spot to find even with the traffic on Road No 12. We spend most of our time at the office working on different layouts and drawings. The area is quite central, which makes it easy for people to drop by. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel to it. It’s not like those super modern glass buildings you see elsewhere in Hyderabad. We like the neighborhood because everything is close by. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when ambulances go past the hospital, but we’re used to it. The team here is small. We mostly focus on the technical side of things. There’s always paper and pens scattered about the workspace. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy meetings. Usually, it’s just us sitting around a table going over details. Being in Banjara Hills means there’s always something happening outside. We see a lot of people coming and going from the diagnostic center next door. It’s a practical location for what we do. We just keep our heads down and get the work done day in and day out. That’s our routine here in this office.
