N K Auto Agency is located at 15-1-411/3 in Feel Khana. We’ve been here in this same spot for a lot of years. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place with a lot of shelves and boxes. We mostly deal with auto parts for different kinds of vehicles. Feel Khana is always busy, so there is a lot of noise and traffic right outside our door. Sometimes it’s hard for people to find parking, but they still come by anyway. We don't have a big team or fancy computers to track everything. We mostly just know where the stuff is because we’ve been moving it around for so long. It’s a family thing, started way back. We open up early and stay until the evening. We don't do any big ads or anything like that. Most of our customers are folks from the neighborhood or mechanics who have been coming to us for a long time. The floor is a bit uneven and the walls could use some paint, but it works for what we do. We have all sorts of small bits and pieces that are hard to find in the bigger stores. If you need something for your car or truck, you just come in and ask. We will go look in the back and see if it's there. It’s a simple way to run a business and we like it.
