Sree Jayajothi Cements Ltd. Yanakandla

Sree Jayajothi Cements is based on the 9th Floor of Block 3. It is a large building and we are situated quite high up. The location is Yanakandla, and the view from up here is actually pretty good. We are not a boutique office with expensive decorations or art. This is a practical workspace where the cement business is managed every day. There are rows of desks, filing cabinets, and always a pot of coffee brewing somewhere. The elevator tends to be very busy in the morning hours, so a little waiting is usually required. We don't use complicated words to explain our business. Cement is what we do, and it is a very basic industry. The work is heavy, even for those of us who stay in the office. Our staff comes from the surrounding areas. Because we have been here for a long time, we have our own way of getting things done. A mission statement isn't hanging on our walls. We just try to stay on top of the logistics and make sure the sales are moving. Stress happens when things fall behind, but we always find a way to catch up. It is a real job filled with real people. We aren't trying to look like some fancy tech company from a magazine. We are a cement firm and our office shows that. It is functional and serves our needs perfectly. That is our floor.
