Muqaam Space Designs

Our office is at Plot No. 70 in Gaffar Khan Colony. It’s right there in Banjara Hills, near Rainbow Hospital. People usually find us by looking for the hospital and then turning into the colony. Muqaam Space Designs is a small firm. We have a lot of blueprints and samples of tiles and wood lying around. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy lobby. When you walk in, you’re basically in the middle of where we are working. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and suppliers. It can be a bit stressful when deliveries are late, but that’s just the nature of the work. The colony is relatively quiet compared to the main Banjara Hills roads. We appreciate that because it lets us focus. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do decent work on the projects we have. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The building is simple, and we’ve made it our own with some shelves and big tables. Most of our days are spent sketching or talking through ideas. We don't have any corporate slogans. We just show up, do the drawings, and try to make sure everything fits the way it should. It’s just us doing our job.
