Balanagar is a busy industrial hub, and we fit right into the mix here. We work with various types of medical equipment. It is a lot of technical work, checking different machines and making sure every single one is calibrated correctly. The workshop is usually full of tools, spare parts, and half-finished repairs. We do not have a fancy front desk or a receptionist waiting to greet people. Usually, one of us just looks up from a workbench when someone walks through the door. We have been at this location for a while and have watched the area get more and more crowded over time. Our day usually starts pretty early with a list of things that need to be fixed or shipped out to customers. We do not use big words or any of that marketing talk.
