We are located in Hyderabad at Plot No. 417/C in Phase 2 of Saket Colony. It is near Kapra Village, and we get our mail through the ECIL Post. Our office is not a big glass building. It is just a regular place where we sit down and figure out our development projects. We have been in this part of the city for a while. Hyderabad is growing fast, but Saket Colony stays relatively quiet, which is nice for when we need to concentrate. We are a developer company, so we spend a lot of time looking at land and architectural drawings. The team is just a few of us who have known each other for years. We do not spend money on big advertisements or flashy signs. Usually, people find out about us from someone else they know. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and rolls of paper everywhere. We don't mind it. It feels more like a real workspace that way. We just focus on getting our buildings finished and making sure everything is handled properly with the local authorities. There is no corporate ladder here or anything like that. We just talk across the desks to get things sorted out. It is a simple operation and we like keeping it that way. Being part of the local community in Kapra is important to us.
