You can find our office over in Qutubullapur, specifically in the Silversprings building by Modi Builders. We are in unit A-1, 507. It’s a part of Hyderabad that has seen a lot of growth lately. We have been working in the building industry for a long time and we’ve learned that nothing ever goes exactly to plan. There are always delays or things that need to be adjusted on the fly. We don’t spend our time writing marketing fluff or trying to sound fancy. We are just a practical team that knows how to handle the everyday realities of construction. Most of our day is spent dealing with vendors, checking on site progress, and trying to stay on top of the paperwork. The office is where we do the thinking, but the real work happens out where the concrete is being poured. We know the local area and the people around here pretty well. It’s not always a smooth ride, and there are plenty of headaches to deal with, but we just keep pushing through. We aren't here to make big empty promises. We just want to get the project finished and move on to the next one. It’s honest, hard work and we’re just regular people trying to do it right in a busy city like Hyderabad. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the billing, but that's just part of it.
