We are based in the A.C. Guards area of Hyderabad, right in Maphar Regency. Our office is Flat 502 at 10-2-5/1 to 3. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding neighborhood, which is always busy. Zonah Developers is a small but active team. We spend most of our time looking at land deals or checking on the progress of our current building projects. It’s not all fancy meetings; there is a lot of grinding through government paperwork and talking to architects. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or a phone ringing. We don’t have any polished mission statements on the walls. We just have maps and schedules. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we get a bit of a workout taking the stairs. We know our way around the city’s real estate scene pretty well by now. We focus on mid-sized residential projects mostly. We don’t do big flashy launches. Instead, we just talk to people one-on-one and show them what we are building. It’s a straightforward way to work. Most of our clients come through friends or people who saw our other buildings. We like being in this part of Hyderabad because it’s central and easy for people to reach us. It’s just a normal office where we try to build good homes for people.
