Our Hyderabad office is located in Vanasthalipuram, specifically on Plot Number 113 and 114 in Kamalanagar Colony. It’s a bit away from the main Hitech City area, which we actually prefer because it’s a bit more grounded. Zelan Construction has been working on various infrastructure and building projects for a while now. The office here is where we handle all the accounts and the planning for the sites. We have a few desks, a lot of rolled-up charts, and usually some dust on the shoes from visiting the latest project. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We have people coming in from the sites to report progress or pick up supplies. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors trying to get the best prices for steel or cement. The colony itself is quite residential, so we try to keep things quiet, but construction is naturally a bit loud and busy. We don’t have a big marketing department. Most of our work comes from being known in the industry for actually finishing what we start. We keep the paperwork in order and make sure the laborers are paid on time. It is a lot of hard work and not very glamorous, but we like seeing a building go from a hole in the ground to a finished structure. That’s what we do here at Kamalanagar Colony every day, just building things one brick at a time.
