M/S. Vishal Projects Limited

M/S. Vishal Projects Limited is run out of Secunderabad. We’re over at G-7, Venkateshwara Appartment, which is quite close to the old Kalyan Theatre in Old Bowenpally. Most people use the theatre as a landmark to find our building. We’ve been in this spot for a while, handling various projects that come our way. It’s a regular apartment office, nothing too flashy. We have our desks, our computers, and our files all packed in there. Working in Old Bowenpally keeps us close to the action in Secunderabad without being right in the middle of the worst city traffic, though it’s still pretty busy most days. We don't spend much time on fancy speeches or mission statements. Our work is just about managing projects and making sure things get built or managed properly. We have a small team and we all know what we need to do. Some days involve a lot of phone calls and other days we are out on the field looking at progress. It’s a lot of coordination. We’ve seen the area around Kalyan Theatre change over the years, but we’ve just kept doing our thing. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just focus on the tasks for the day and try to get home at a decent hour. That’s how we operate here at Vishal Projects. It's just simple project management in the city.
