M/S. Simplex Infrastructures Limited

We operate out of Snehavilla Apartments in Malkajgiri, specifically in Flat 302 on Road Number 4. It’s a residential neighborhood in Hyderabad, which is a bit of a change from the big industrial zones or the office towers in Hitech City. We handle infrastructure projects from here. Most of our work is about the big stuff like piles, columns, and heavy concrete structures for the city. The office itself is pretty modest. It’s where the planning happens and where we keep track of the budgets and the manpower. You’ll usually find three or four of us huddled around a computer looking at site photos or checking the weather forecast to see if we can pour concrete. Hyderabad is growing so fast that there is always something being built. We try to keep up with the demand and the deadlines. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the various sites around the city. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one on the door. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters. We drink a lot of tea and talk about timelines and logistics. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is at a critical stage. It’s just the nature of the construction business. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk. We just focus on the engineering and making sure the materials arrive on time. It’s a straightforward way to work in a regular neighborhood.
